A: We offer all of the above. Whether it’s a one-way pick-up, a round-trip from hotel to stadium, or a multi-stop itinerary (e.g. hotel → practice facility → game venue → media center → back), we’ve got you covered.

Q: How do you handle last-minute schedule changes, such as delays or overtimes?
A: We continuously monitor flight/traffic conditions, and we provide buffer windows to accommodate delays. If your game goes into overtime or changes unexpectedly, we’ll adjust on the fly and keep you moving without stress.

Q: What size vehicles do you offer for teams and staff?
A: Our fleet includes executive SUVs, vans, sprinter vans, and mini/coaches—able to accommodate small groups, staff, or entire teams along with their gear. We’ll match the vehicle to your group size, preferences, and schedule.

Q: Can you support multi-city or roadshow-style travel?
A: Yes, for trips within Indiana and the surrounding regions we plan multi-leg itineraries. For extended interstate routes, contact us directly so we can evaluate feasibility in alignment with our service area.

Q: How far in advance should we book your services?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally several weeks prior to the event. However, we often accommodate last-minute or emergency requests, especially for high-level athletic and media clients.

Q: Are your chauffeurs vetted and trained?
A: Absolutely. All chauffeurs undergo background checks, training in professional protocol, defensive driving, and experience handling VIP or athletic clients. We also ensure high standards of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.

Q: Do you handle the coordination of multiple vehicles or a fleet for one event?
A: Yes. We excel in logistics. Our operations team can coordinate multiple vehicles, synchronized pick-ups, timed departures, staging, and back-to-back runs in support of large-scale athletic events.

Q: Will you assist with luggage, equipment, or gear?
A: Yes. We’re happy to help manage luggage, carry-ons, or athletic gear (within reason). For very large or heavy equipment (e.g. full team gear, large musical equipment), we coordinate logistics ahead of time to be sure all fits safely and securely.

Q: What is your service area?
A: Our primary coverage is Indianapolis and Central Indiana (including surrounding suburbs). For events just outside that radius, we’ll evaluate on a case-by-case basis. (Note: Indy Black Car does not operate nationwide.)
